Right of withdrawal

Custom-made products tailored to your wishes cannot be returned or refunded. Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the item or order.

Products that have already been manufactured can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned in the condition you received it. It must be unused and have no damage. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Deliveries

Products that have already been manufactured are shipped within 7 days. For products in the "Design your own" category, the delivery time is up to two weeks, as each product is sewn to order according to your wishes. If you need your order sooner, you are always welcome to contact me via email, and I will do my best to arrange it.

Shipping

Within Sweden, packages are sent with PostNord. The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the goods.

Cancel order

Should I need to cancel your order for any reason, I reserve the right to cancel your order. For example, if materials are out of stock, or if for some unknown reason I cannot complete your order.
